I purchased a jeep from here, they claimed it was in "near perfect condition" #1 lie, then I called for months with no resolution or response from them, they took 10,000 from me as a down payment. Then "near perfect condition" #1 lie, then I called for months with no resolution or response from them, they took 10,000 from me as a down payment. Then, in January 2026, I showed up (6 months after the first purchase), they agreed to buy back the vehicle at a $14,500 loss to me, put me into another vehicle, and within 8 hours, it started having issues, and again, they are avoiding me at all costs. I have now filed complaints with the Department of Transportation Investigative team, FTC, and the Texas Attorney General. I lost over 20,000 total; these people are crooks and conmen. They sell you a pile of junk, then avoid you until after their fake 250-mile warranty, then they tell you, " Too bad, Chuck, your problem. Not this time, now they will face the music for their actions, and every deal within the last 12 months will be gone through. I gave them every opportunity to resolve this peacefully, they continued to ignore me, and refused to make it right. Now it's my turn, and I don't go away easily. They will pay for their actions.
