On 06/05/2024 I bought a truck which during the test drive some alarms went on on the dashboard, the sales manager promised to carry out the due review and solve the problem, on 05/06/2024 I went to the drive some alarms went on on the dashboard, the sales manager promised to carry out the due review and solve the problem, on 05/06/2024 I went to the tomorrow and given that the repair would take 2 to 3 days, I took the option of another truck for which I paid an additional since its value was higher than the previous truck, on 05/08/2024 I approached him and indicated that the truck received I didn't like it since it didn't meet what I wanted to buy, so I decided to exchange it for the first truck assuming it would be ready. The manager accepted the change but when he tried to give me the initial truck, they couldn't find it at the dealer's facilities, so They were not able to make the change, to which the manager through the seller told me that they would make the change the next day, from there it has been a wait until today 05/16/2024 the initial truck is currently under repair, pay for a truck that I cannot use and in 2 days the first payment of my installment is approaching and even without using my truck, today 05/16/2024 in view of the fact that the truck is still under repair, I sent the option of another truck that is in stock to take that one, I hope you will help me with the delivery as soon as possible since I bought the truck to be able to transport myself to my work and in all these days I have had difficulties transporting myself. I hope some manager shows up and finally gives me a concrete solution. More
