Good afternoon, my name is Diego German Corredor. I bought a car, but I haven't been able to use it properly because AutoNation hasn't fulfilled the terms of the sale. I was told the car would be cleaned and the radio—which doesn't work—would be fixed; furthermore, the car cannot be locked. I have spoken to almost everyone, yet no one seems to care about my situation; it is very disappointing for a company to treat customers this way. Please, I need a response regarding this matter; everyone promised to call me back, but no one has.
