YOUR CAR WILL LIKELY BECOME A SALVAGE TITLE. After several months of having my car I went to sell it and it became a SALVAGE TITLE because the incompetent people running this place. This dealership after I CALLED 5+ TIMES because of an "odometers issue" (notified by the STATE because they REFUSED TO EVEN INFORM ME) that THEY CAUSED (different numbers were inputted ON THE SAME PAGE ON MY CARS TITLE), they assured me they "FIXED IT" only to find out they didn't correct it. AND TO TOP OF THIS ATROCIOUS DISGRACE DISHONEST (filled with most "SPECIAL" sales agents you will meet) PLACE THEY NEGLECTED TO FILE MY TITLE TO THE STATE FOR SEVENNNNNNNN MONTHSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!! NOT TELLING ME NOT CALLED ME BACK!!! MORONSSSSS!!! wOW. The manager FRANK REED needs to be FIRED he is running a real crack unit here. After calling once again yesterday and the man on the phone assuring a "email sent to ALL sales people and FRANK REED" NO CALL BACK! More

My God-daughter called me last week and said she wanted to go car shopping. She was in an old Tahoe with failing AC and said she needed something reliable that wouldn’t break down. I texted Summer (sold me my 4R in September) and asked about one I saw on the website. She had one of her sales associates (Shameer) grab it and we saw it as we pulled in. My God daughter loved it! I said we have to drive it first…. It was in great condition and Shameer and I discussed the thorough inspection of cars that come in and how ANUSA will not sell vehicles that have been chipped or modified in the CPU in anyway. This runner had been lifted but we were still able to opt for the warranty through AN. A great piece of peace of mind for this new young driver. We left with our needs met, terms in place and as happy customers thanks to Summer Stiles and her sales associate, Shameer at Auto Nation USA-Katy. I wish I made more money…I love buying cars LOL.
