We drove 3 hours from home to look at the truck we found online and "plenty" of others after I gave my requirements. There was one other truck listed but it ended up not being there. Disappointing. I was told finance works really hard to get the best rate. Nope, no working with us, this is what you get. Basically, typical sales BS - no more use for you once they have what they want (the sale). I kind of felt dirty and used when we left with our truck. Also, the truck was not cleaned well and whatever was used inside smells absolutely awful. We had to stop and get a stinky tree just to cover it up. Not really pleased and probably won't be back for my next vehicle that I'm planning in the next few months. Definitely wasn't worth the trip. I’m very happy with the purchase of my BMW 435i! Manny Rosas at AutoNation did a fantastic job going above and beyond helping me to find the vehicle that I was looking for. I made a comment to him about being at another AutoNation right down the road where they had a similar vehicle but since it had an aftermarket suspension I didn’t feel comfortable closing the deal but after Manny showed me the 435i he had and after taking it for a test drive as well I was ready to buy it!
