One of your managers, Israel went ABOVE and BEYOND to get us in the right car and make sure we were happy. We came in looking for a replacement vehicle for my son who totaled his car. We were originally looking at a different vehicle and he was able to put us into a better fit for my son going back to college. We struggled through the finance process and almost left the dealership but he was able to step in and make the numbers work. Finally, my mechanic found a small issue with the car within the 5 day buyback and he took care of the issue without hesitation. He gave is 5 STAR Service. Cannot recommend Autonation and Israel him enough. More
Tommy was great during my car buying process. He was kind and very helpful. Didn’t pressure me in to anything! Answered all my questions and was patient. He was kind and very helpful. Didn’t pressure me in to anything! Answered all my questions and was patient. More
I purchased a 2017 Volkswagen Passat from AutoNation Plano when the vehicle had 185,000 miles. Shortly after the purchase, I noticed issues such as squeaky brake pads and an oil leak around the gasket. Plano when the vehicle had 185,000 miles. Shortly after the purchase, I noticed issues such as squeaky brake pads and an oil leak around the gasket. However, I only discovered these problems about five months after the purchase, so I didn't raise a formal complaint. Additionally, the vehicle had accident damage that I had to repair separately at my own expense—costing around $2,000. When I brought this up, the dealer simply responded that "this is just how the car is." Even considering depreciation, the value drop seemed excessive. On top of that, optional services I paid for—such as Dent Protection and Appearance Protection—were either never applied or were denied without clear explanation. In total, I only drove the vehicle for about 9,000 miles. It makes me question how ethically a dealership can sell a car with nearly 190,000 miles without disclosing these issues properly. To make things worse, when I recently tried to sell the vehicle back to the same dealership, they only offered me $1,900—which I declined. More
