To no fault of Autonation I’ve had to visit the service department numerous times for complex issues with my vehicle. Even throughout me calling weekly for updates and getting frustrated often, the service department has been amazing. They would listen to my frustrations and not just blow me off. They’ve gone out of their way to accommodate my needs while trying to pinpoint issues with my vehicle and always kept me informed on their findings. The GM, Mr. Hanna has also been a pleasure to work with, he provided guidance and options along the way with my problems. He would listen to my venting about waiting on decisions/people/parts/VWoA etc. and then ensure me that we were all on the same page with the frustrations and attempt to correct anything that was in his control. While my experience with my vehicle has been bumpy, my experience with Autonation as a whole has been remarkable. More
