I have used this dealer for service exclusively since 2015. I’m on my third VW and will keep my service right here. HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! Spent $100 for an diagnostic on my epc light, told should be an hour. 2 and a half hours later left not learning aanything. HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! Used when first moved here 4 years ago, they were horrible, EXPENSIVE, incompetent, with a service manager that cared more about chainsmoking cigs, while playing on her phone. little did I know that those were the good old days, They SUCKED 4 years ago, the SUCK now, and hopefully people keep giving them money. I will never buy a car or spend a penny there, ever again. PLEASE learn from me they suck, and not sure how the employees sleep at night! More
