Took 3 trips to get my oil Changed. 1st time they didn’t order my filter, 2nd time computers went down, 3rd time it was performed but they neglected to tell me cost until after service 1st time they didn’t order my filter, 2nd time computers went down, 3rd time it was performed but they neglected to tell me cost until after service was performed and DID not ask my oil preferences so of course it cost double what it does elsewhere. Very unorganized, poor customer service, bought 2 cars from them and I will NEVER return More
