So now their shop material fee is 59,00 tacked onto your bill. It’s called padding the bill with fictitious charges. When you ask them to itemized these charges they say it’s not possible. I bought this vehicle used from a car rental dealership. I took it to the Volkswagen dealership in Bluffton South Carolina AutoNation Volkswagen Hilton head and spoke with the service manager. After explain I took it to the Volkswagen dealership in Bluffton South Carolina AutoNation Volkswagen Hilton head and spoke with the service manager. After explaining how the vehicle was purchased and what my maintenance plans were he was very helpful with my plan. I have had the vehicle in for service and updates on two occasions and have been totally pleased with the attention to detail and courtesy provided by the service department. With all the expenses on the rise in these past few months I feel that I was treated very fairly and will definitely return the vehicle for further service and maintenance. Had the 20k no charge oil change and multipoint inspection. Ask for a tire rotation and was told it’s extra unless your a paying customer. I had it done and did pay for the rotation, but I did not inspection. Ask for a tire rotation and was told it’s extra unless your a paying customer.
