In past visits have left dealer confident of the service performed, this time not sure what was done if anything. Had 8am appointment and still waited two hours for an oil change. Service desk employee very nice, but at the mercy of techs in the back. Car was Not sanitized, car was actually dirty with fingerprint marks. In the past my car was always clean when returned. Wanted to know about the age of the battery to this moment I have no idea if I need to replace, they charged the battery but what I wanted to know is do I need to replace it?? and when?? Are you out of batteries? Would like to see you go back to the service standards of Peacock days. Not a good experience. More
