I came in looking for used SUV as my (other brand) SUV had been totaled. Previously I had owed a VW and liked it; I came here looking at the atlas for its flexible 3rd row and cargo area features. I had already been to five other dealerships over the course of a few days so if been through the ringer. At VW they listened and understood my financial caps and tried to find a car in my limits, that fit my needs and that I would like. In the end I purchased a new Atlas because Year end new car financing and solid warranties made sense relative to other more expensive (even used) cars in the same class. More

Won't be returning I've been a faithful Peacock customer until this recent experience with the VW dealership. First things first, anybody in their right mind could under I've been a faithful Peacock customer until this recent experience with the VW dealership. First things first, anybody in their right mind could understand that when buying a vehicle, new or used, customer service is key. Unlike the team at Peacock CJDRF, the VW guys have no personalities, have no idea how to carry on a personable conversation, and are the most inflexible I have ever dealt with. I felt uncomfortable with these guys off the rip and it continues to drag on. A little more than a week after buying a nearly brand new Passat from them, I got a phone call from Michel asking if I was still interested in buying a 2019 Passat (which, as previously mentioned, I had just purchased)... just goes to show how much people really don't matter when it comes down to making that sale. At that point, I felt like just a number. Sad. Now that we are a month past our purchase date of a 2019 Passat R-Line, we are still going back and forth with VW about our trade in vehicle. In addition, I'm highly disappointed in the GM, Robbie, whose customer service skills are exceptionally poor. While on the phone with him, simply trying to get some answers, he was consistently cutting me off mid-sentence, and ended the conversation by hanging up on me. I strongly feel that our sales guy (Alex) dropped the ball during the transaction by not contacting the Chrysler dealership that was in that time in possession of the trade-in. However, Michael (sales manager) and Robbie are still pushing the blame. I try my hardest to be kind and understanding during any conversation, but these guys have made it increasingly more difficult to play nice. Also, what kind of business allows one of their "managers" to cuss in conversation with their customers? That threw me for a solid loop with David. There are a number of things in addition to these that I am slighted about. I can hope to hear from someone above the general manager regarding the issues I am having. Otherwise, I have no problem continuing to drag my feet over a few hundred dollars. Kindly. More
