Audi Q3 Steven was very nice. My only issue is I was told I just needed a sd card for Navigation and come to find out the vehicle doesn’t have it. Also I wasn Steven was very nice. That was disappointing considering that this is supposed to be a luxury vehicle. But I have a book so I’ll figure it out. More

I contacted Mike and he found out I could still have it applied even though they try to do it in the first month after purchase. I made an appointment knowing that they may need to do a complete detail of the car before they put the protection on. When I picked it up, I found out that they didn't have to do the detail.
