Over charged Brought my car in for service. Engine light on. Told it would be over 1200.00 to replace the throttle body. I thought that sure seems like a lot. I lo Brought my car in for service. I went back to pick up my car. I was charged 134.30 for them just plugging my car in to get the code, which I already knew the code was PO638. I guess that is a good way to ensure that I never use them for service or buy a car from them. More

I sent an inquiry to HHVW online and got a phone call from Christa and she schedule me an appointment with Alex. I shopped for loans and cars leading up my Saturday afternoon appointment. I bought a VW Passat in Savannah and called Alex to let him know I found a Passat. I text Alex the next day and told him I’m still browsing and asked him what does he have? He told me about a candy white Passat and suggested I come take a look. I went to look at it and learned more about VW and the quality of the car. I told him I was interested and I needed to return the car I had before Thanksgiving. He said, I will get the numbers started and call you in the morning. The numbers worked and I have a sexy car named Whitney! Oh yeah and btw, the car I bought Saturday had to be returned before I finalized Whitney’s homecoming, Alex arranged transportation from Savannah to SC with an award winning customer service representative! Great experience buying a used Tiguan I came in with a loan from an outside lender (USAA) looking to decide between 2 cars I had contacted the dealership about on their website. One of the cars wasn’t available when I came in, but Alex Fajardo, the salesperson, was extremely helpful and courteous in helping me evaluate the other car and some I hadn’t looked at. More so, he was able to help me get the CPO certification I was looking for on the car I really wanted—which was the reason I was looking at 2 cars instead of just one in the first place. Ended up getting an amazing car, had a wonderful experience, and would definitely recommend this dealer to others. Especially appreciative and respectful of military. More

Great price... that’s about it Sales manager didn’t seem organized and not very polite. Kept asking for things over and over like he was new. Car was dirty. Didn’t offer to wash.
