Great Experience Even During a Storm I met my husband at the dealership in the middle of a crazy storm. By the time I arrived the power had gone out and it was raining hard. The sales staff was very friendly and accommodating despite the strange circumstances. Kyle met me at the door with my husband and we laughed about the weather and the power being out then chatted about what we were looking for in a vehicle. Soon after, Khan came out and introduced himself and was very straightforward about the whole process. My husband used to sell for VW many years ago and we have been a VW family for a long time so we talked shop for a bit and then Kahn worked to get our numbers where we wanted them even with our slightly upside-down trade-in. I was impressed that they weren't impatient or annoyed by the power being out. Everyone just rolled with the punches. Kyle was able to get us the key to a Jetta for a test drive still while the power was out, which apparently wasn't an easy task (we certainly rely on electricity for everything, don't we?). Just as soon as we got back the power came back on and we were ready to make a deal. I guess you could say it was meant to be because I thought we would have to come back another day to finish the deal. It's been a few days now and I am loving my new Jetta! Repair leak in roof again. Customer service is great but the problem with the leak took 3-4 visits and the back seat leather shrank which wasn't resolved.
