I personally sold cars for 11 months and was taught the pushy sales approach (which I never adapted to). Jim, Robert and Sonny had a genuine interest in getting me the car I wanted at the price point I needed to be. These guys are knowledgeable, courteous and just downright gentlemen. Robert showed great knowledge telling us about the Q3 and Q5 and all their many differences and capabilities. Ultimately asking which one I loved the most, he and Sonny made the Q5 deal work for us. When leaving, I realized I left my purse in my boyfriend’s truck (he left before me). Luckily I had my ID and phone. When I was pulling off, Jim walked up to the car and opened his wallet to give me money for my 1.5 hour trip home. I didn’t accept but graciously thanked him for that thoughtful and kind gesture. I’m still amazed at his generosity, you don’t find that everywhere! I highly recommend these guys and this top notch dealership. Thank you all for making it another great experience! More

She was sold about 4k in warranties and service plans on a lease that she would drive only 3k miles a year. Care plans, extended warranties etc. The finance guy really took advantage of her. To show you how bogus these contracts were when she took her car in at 36 month service and 9300 miles they charged her $347 so why is this not covered by the $699 dollar prepaid service she bought? Since VW covers the first services explain to me what these warranties were for? I just recently found out about this and as usual with VW everyone passes the buck and nothing gets done about it. Sad I have spent close to 200k on vw audi products in the last 5 years won't happen again. More

Great Experience Even During a Storm I met my husband at the dealership in the middle of a crazy storm. By the time I arrived the power had gone out and it was raining hard. The sales staff was very friendly and accommodating despite the strange circumstances. Kyle met me at the door with my husband and we laughed about the weather and the power being out then chatted about what we were looking for in a vehicle. Soon after, Khan came out and introduced himself and was very straightforward about the whole process. My husband used to sell for VW many years ago and we have been a VW family for a long time so we talked shop for a bit and then Kahn worked to get our numbers where we wanted them even with our slightly upside-down trade-in. I was impressed that they weren't impatient or annoyed by the power being out. Everyone just rolled with the punches. Kyle was able to get us the key to a Jetta for a test drive still while the power was out, which apparently wasn't an easy task (we certainly rely on electricity for everything, don't we?). Just as soon as we got back the power came back on and we were ready to make a deal. I guess you could say it was meant to be because I thought we would have to come back another day to finish the deal. It's been a few days now and I am loving my new Jetta! Our teenage boys love it, too. :) Thanks, Kyle & Kahn for making it a great experience despite the inconvenient circumstances and for your friendly and straightfoward service. More

Repair leak in roof again. Customer service is great but the problem with the leak took 3-4 visits and the back seat leather shrank which wasn't resolved.
