It's now more than 71 days and Hilton Head VW has yet to register my vehicle. I have made numerous attempts, left countless attempts while leaving countless voices mails for both Mr. Alex Lukas (Finance Director), Khurran Khan (General Manager) only to be ignored. At this point, I am extremely frustrated with the level of communication offered by Hilton Head VW. Still waiting....... More

I live an hour and a half away and was willing to drive the distance, by passing two Volkswagen dealers locally, just based on the service I got on the phone. Brittany is always friendly when answering the phone, speaks clearly, and is very helpful. Jeff Long is extremely knowledgeable and really looks out for your best interest. He takes the time needed to get the results you would want as a customer. You may be one of 20 people he is working with and you would never know because he is capable of treating you as if you are the only one. He really took his time to make sure I understood every aspect of my new car and the entire buying process as it happened. Alex is a miracle worker in my eyes. I went from only being able to consider a used vehicle to walking out with a brand new one thanks to him. The dealership itself is clean and inviting and every employee I encountered was friendly and happy to be there. It truly was a great experience. More
