Will not buy another VW from this dealership. Extremely difficult to get help from service. No one answers your call, and they do not return calls. I was told I had to leave the car for 24 hours to have a part put back in place. Asked to speak to manager, and they said he would call back. I never got a call back. They said all diagnostic issues require you to leave the car for 24 hours. You can no longer make an appointment to bring it in and wait for it. This is extremely inconvenient and totally inappropriate for needing a part put back. More
