I took my car into this dealership for the first time for vehicle maintenance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The one thing that I didn’t like was the way I received my vehicle back. It was only washed down with water and not very clean. The dealership should look into getting some kind of auto detailing company for customer who want their car washed or detailed. More

I have several complaints about the purchase of my 2023 Tiguan, including: the condition of the vehicle at purchase (not detailed/swirl marks), undesirable driving characteristics with no resolution (engin Tiguan, including: the condition of the vehicle at purchase (not detailed/swirl marks), undesirable driving characteristics with no resolution (engine shudder at low speeds), engine issues related to the fuel and hot weather with the only resolution being to use more expensive fuel (an issue not disclosed at the time of purchase), having to drive the malfunctioning vehicle while premium fuel cycles through (resulting in many unsafe conditions), 6 hours waiting on VW roadside assistance when those engine issues left us stranded in 100+ degree weather to only have to drive in “limp mode” to the dealership, months of unreturned phone calls about the purchase of a protection plan, and no follow through or follow up regarding complaints and escalation of those complaints. I would highly not recommend the 2023 Volkswagen Tiguan and AutoNation Volkswagen Las Vegas. More

Most of my dealings with auto dealers have not been pleasant over the years. Not only have to fight to get a decent trade-in value but waste of a whole day. The salesperson (Lee) and finance manager pleasant over the years. Not only have to fight to get a decent trade-in value but waste of a whole day. The salesperson (Lee) and finance manager (Henry) were both easy to talk to and made the experience more tolerable. Have never owned a Volkswagen before but was looking for a change from the last four vehicles which were all Fords. Husband picked out this car (Volks Atlas R Line) and so far love it! More

When my Jetta’s front end started to vibrate on the freeway I stopped at the Big O Tires I had recently bought some new tires from to have them check it out. Big O’s diagnosis: replace the control arms, cv axles, shocks and struts for $4,800 worth or repair work. Suspicious that they were lying criminals I took my car to Autonation Volkswagen and Ray confirmed that it was just a tire bulge and needed a re-alignment. $400 and a few hours later o was back on the road and my car running perfectly. Ray’s honestly and integrity is commendable and he has my trust and recommendation for life. More
