The rep I spoke to, Raymond accused me of missing my 30,000 mile oil change instead of asking me if it was done. I bought the truck with 33,000 miles on it so it was done at a different dealership. My h 30,000 mile oil change instead of asking me if it was done. I bought the truck with 33,000 miles on it so it was done at a different dealership. My husbands also she it changed in 2022. After I explained this to him he wasn’t as friendly with me as when we started. He kind of ignored me. More
Taking any car into service is stressful, especially me taking over my husband's car (he who was driving it on little to no oil until the service appt). Sabrina, service representative took care me and was taking over my husband's car (he who was driving it on little to no oil until the service appt). Sabrina, service representative took care me and was very informative, helpful, and kept me updated as I waited. Left the dealership feeling less stressed and now just waiting to return to get my assist sensors fixed. Until next time, thanks again Sabrina for all your help! More
Honestly horrible experience here. Service manager doesn’t know what he’s doing, i went to the other dealership in town after autonation couldn’t find what was wrong with my car and th Service manager doesn’t know what he’s doing, i went to the other dealership in town after autonation couldn’t find what was wrong with my car and they told me multiple things i needed to get done when i had asked the previous dealership (autonation) to do an inspection in the first place. I ended up paying $120 for autonation plus the gas in a loaner just for the rattling problem i was experiencing to not be fixed. I went to get my car when they said it was fixed for it to not be fixed - it literally took me to the first stoplight to notice the rattle once again. They gave me a loaner car that had wingstop garbage?? The next morning the service manager calls to ask me to come back and show them the noise because “my hum is your buzz” Like figure it out. I obviously grabbed my car from them then because i wasn’t driving 40 minutes to show them an extremely obvious noise that they said they had fixed in the first place? I will never go here again. My service girl Kim was nice and gave me great service though, the only reason I’m giving any stars. Findlay VW (the other dealership in town) ended up finding my problem was safelite not doing my windshield repair correctly, which i had told them i recently had that done when i brought it in. More
