I’ve recently purchased my first VW from Desert VW of Las Vegas and I couldn't be happier! The employees are more than friendly they feel like family! I have been working with Jen for almost a year now trying to find the perfect VW CC, when I first met her she was so easy going she didn’t try to hustle me and most important she was HONEST! She told me what I was looking for just wasn’t practical with my debt and budget. We stayed in touch via email, after doing my part she kept her word and continued to notify me when she thought something I would like came in; I appreciated this since it wasn’t just an automated update telling me of every single VW CC that came on the lot! She knew exactly what I wanted and only notified me if the vehicle matched my wishes. We kept in touch until the perfect vehicle came along around 250 days later. I had some struggles making the final deal happen but it wasn’t because of Jen or the dealership it was actually an insurance issue. I have told everyone who mentions they are in the market for a new car to hit up Desert VW and they won’t be disappointed, they make the experience of car buying FUN ,it was NOT stressful and anxiety filled like some of the other dealerships I had been to prior to meeting with Jennifer!
