Service/recondition deptpartment did horrible job with my vehicle. 1400 miles drive home. License plate lamps not working. Headlight bulbs where literally falling out of the headlamps, technician used electr vehicle. 1400 miles drive home. License plate lamps not working. Headlight bulbs where literally falling out of the headlamps, technician used electrical ape in attempt to hold headlight bulbs,in place. License plate socket was completeley melted. Not even sure how Autonation legally passed Las Vegas vehicle safety inspection. Oil was not even changed. Your charging customer a premium retail price, at least you could spend a little bit of that profit, on properly and safely, recondition vehicle for CUSTOMERS , not your net gross! The sales staff is always so quick to greet you, the process for financing is never a short one however they did their very best to get us in and out! The management and staff did everything they could to help my family get our car back on the road after it completely stopped working in the middle of driving it.
