I have been to this dealership just twice and both times the service has been excellent. They were timely with getting my car fixed and back to me and one of those times they went out of their way to help the service has been excellent. In 2015, I leased my current Passat TDI and when that lease expired, I bought the car from AutoNation VW of Las Vegas. Just a side note, when I came to the dealership to pick up my car, Mark had stepped away from the desk. Immediately, Jeffrey began the check-out process. Mark returned moments later to complete the paperwork. This is the kind of teamwork that makes coming here such a pleasure. More
