I purchased a brand-new 2026 Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport from AutoNation Volkswagen Mall of Georgia and, unfortunately, my service experience since delivery has been extremely disappointing. Immediately after purchase, I discovered that the remote start feature via the VW/Car-Net app does not work, consistently displaying an error message. This is a known issue with VW and Car-Net, which Volkswagen has acknowledged. I have made multiple service visits, spending hours waiting at the dealership, only to have the same troubleshooting repeated with no progress. Volkswagen later advised me that testing and reset instructions were provided to the dealership over a week ago, yet the service department has not contacted me in approximately two weeks to perform the recommended steps. Compounding the issue, I have reached out to dealership leadership for updates and have received no response from the General Manager to my most recent message. The Regional Market President did respond. The most frustrating part is the lack of communication and follow-through, especially given that this is a brand-new vehicle with an unresolved issue affecting an advertised feature. The only positive part of this experience has been my salesperson, who has been professional and responsive despite this being outside his role. At this point, I am still waiting for basic communication and action. I expected significantly better service and accountability from both the dealership and the AutoNation brand. More

Generally, I was happy with our service, but there were a few things I was not thrilled about. We came in for front brakes, an oil change, and tire rotation. The service took a while, which is fine, but when we got there to pick up the car, both front and rear brakes were done. Maybe they needed it, but no phone call or anything. They were $800 that I didn’t necessarily plan for. Next, we paid for a tire rotation. I get there’s normally a cost for that, but all four wheels were off when the brakes were being done. On top of that, no one ever put air in the tires. The next day we had the low tire pressure light on and all four tires were 8-10 psi lower than what they should have been. More
