I am not one to leave reviews but after my experience with my AutoNation Volkswagen this needs to be know. We had a Great experience buying our first ever Volkswagen. 2022 Tiguan SEL-R is a great vehic with my AutoNation Volkswagen this needs to be know. We had a Great experience buying our first ever Volkswagen. 2022 Tiguan SEL-R is a great vehicle minus a few issues. That's where the GREAT experience stopped. So the "Lane assist not available" has been a major issue since buying the car. It will beep every few seconds for hours. No matter what we do it will not stop, cleaning window, camera, nothing. We took the car in to repair this issue where the replaced the steering wheel and reset the radio as the radio would at times just say "loading" but would never actually load. So, the service tech called and said the car was ready and we could pick it up in the morning. We asked for it to be washed while it was there, which they usually do anyway. Drove an hour and 25 minutes and the car was not ready, with no call or anything. This happened two days in a row and the car never saw the carwash. However, being a 23 years retired Army Soldier I took it with a grain of salt even though I was pretty frustrated. The issues were fixed for about a year and the lane assist dinging started again. Here is where my issue is. I cannot get anyone to return my calls about this issue. Not the service manager, not the sales manager, not the dealership leadership, no one. Lots of undelivered promises on their website about customer service. The sweet girl who answers the phone always promises someone will get back with me. I am a simple person but this is crazy to the point that we are about to trade in this vehicle for something else. We were so excited to have a Volkswagen and still are but after this issue with the lane assist and even more the poor, nonexistent communication with dealer leadership has taken it course. So, buying experience was great but that is where it ended. More
My Wife and I were impressed with the Gentlemen that assisted us with our purchase. Mr Jeffery Godwin , the Sales Manager, met us on our arrival and had our Sales Person, Mr Sami Khaleqdad help us look assisted us with our purchase. Mr Jeffery Godwin , the Sales Manager, met us on our arrival and had our Sales Person, Mr Sami Khaleqdad help us look at the vehicles we were interested in. Sami was awesome in helping us decide on our Tiguan, taking My Wife on her test drive, explaining the options available, and helpful with negotiating a price. Mr Song Hong worked with us on finalizing the paperwork and got a great deal and interest rate we felt comfortable with, throughly explaining each step. If you are thinking about a new VW purchase, We highly recommend Autonation VW Mall of Georgia! More
Great Service Consultant, Great Technicians. Got to my vehicle quickly and charged a fair price for the repairs. By the look of the service lane, these folks are very well trained. I'm new to VW and I really wanted to like the dealership. Started off on the wrong foot by being charged for extras when I purchased the car 03/2023. It took several months to get my $$ back. Problem now Started off on the wrong foot by being charged for extras when I purchased the car 03/2023. It took several months to get my $$ back. Problem now is with servicing. Car is still under warranty and has been to dealership several times now for same problem. Always another excuse about why problem hasn't been fixed ... part not in stock, tech now thinks a different part is needed, tech was too busy, tech got sick, tech broke a different part that now has to be ordered, tech has other cars to work on, etc. I always have an appointment and they always have an excuse. I even researched to find the broken part because they said it had to be ordered from Canada. I found the part in 3 different dealerships in the US and gave them the info. My car has now been there 10 days and it's still sitting in the parking lot even though they insist they have all needed parts. Tech is just very busy with other cars .... They don't seem to care at all that nothing gets done when they say it will or that it's inconvenient to the customer. You just get shrugged shoulders when you let them know what's going on is unacceptable, because they know there's nothing you can do about it and you're just stuck with them. More
Great experience from the beginning. Grace greeted us and introduced us to Mark. He took us for a ride and explained to us all the functions of the car and then went through the process Grace greeted us and introduced us to Mark. He took us for a ride and explained to us all the functions of the car and then went through the process for the contract, Electrify America and all the details. Then I went to sign the papers, Sung had everything ready and it took just few minutes to get it done. Very smooth process. More
I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the handling of my VW vehicle’s ongoing issues. Despite purchasing this car new, the radio, camera, CarPlay, and screen have never functioned pr with the handling of my VW vehicle’s ongoing issues. Despite purchasing this car new, the radio, camera, CarPlay, and screen have never functioned properly. For over a year, I have repeatedly brought the car in for service, only to be told that someone would get back to me—yet I am consistently ignored, and the problems remain unresolved. It is deeply concerning that VW and the dealership appear to find it acceptable for a customer to drive a defective and potentially unsafe vehicle. I am paying for a car that fails to meet basic functionality, and the lack of accountability or action on this matter is unacceptable. Horrible experience servicing my car. Brought my car for service and 2 weeks later they found something wrong with an item in my engine that it if they really inspected properly inspected they would have caught it. Especially since they supposedly did a multi point inspection. Can’t take responsibility for dropping the ball. Sends me a video showing the so called issue for less than 10 seconds on the video spent more time showing me something for my to spend money on. Items that I have noted in the past doesn’t get documented properly. You speak to management and they have no sense of let’s address the customers concern let’s just talk about issues with your own cars. Picked up my car and noticed a scratch on my rim and they have no comment. Especially when they said they reviewed the wheels and said everything is ok. The cable that they said is chewed looks like a clean cutting of wires. AutoNation doesn’t care and VW doesn’t do anything. I’m glad we spend so much money on vehicles for to be treated and taken care in a crappy way. No response from the corporate office and have messages showing I’m asking for a response and get nowhere. More
