My car was there July 2022 to January 2023 for a new transmission. I was told to wait a so they could find it. Which was fine. Little to no contact around September/November my paper work was lost. At one point I was told I had to pick up my car due “to my insurance not paying” but I had my insurance check sitting in my account. They didn’t want to send a new claim stating it was going to be a new transmission instead of a new one. They said “there was no point”. So that’s when I decided to do all the work and contact both my insurance and the Autonation. In January. I’m the only reason why I got my car back quickly. Sometime in January I went to speak with Michael who was being extremely rude. Saying my insurance won’t pay and we don’t want to complete the work. When I have told them many times I would take care of the rest. My husband had to come out and tell them again that we would take care of the rest. That week my car was ready. Michael said he would send back the transmission. After I tried to explain what my insurance said. He dismissed me many times saying he knows. When paying for my service the guy checking me out stated a woman is completely fine waiting for her transmission. Completely unacceptable. I didn’t mind the waiting. It was the rude customer service I received, the miscommunication, the unwillingness to cooperate with my insurance and with me that was the worse part. Now my trunk won’t open. My oil light is on, no oil service was offered after the car was sitting there for 6 months. And my light is still broken after I had let them know to fix it. I paid $6000 to fix a transmission. More

Went to Auto nation to help my son by his first car because he didn't have any credit so I was going to co-sign and help him establish his credit. I have been in the car selling business before and kno because he didn't have any credit so I was going to co-sign and help him establish his credit. I have been in the car selling business before and know how it works with the different finance companies but normally you pull 1 credit report and shop it to your different lenders. Because the first car didn't fit, they ran my credit 7 different times, 7 hard inquiries on my credit at one place. I have never in my 58 years heard of a dealer doing this. Still pissed about it. Should have gone through my credit union. I was told that's how they do it there in the finance dept., total xxxxxxxx. Normally send the 1 copy of the credit report to the different lenders, was never told they would run my credit 7 times. I would have walked out. My son still got his car and that part was alright but I will never go back to finance a car. More

I dropped off my vehicle late on Saturday, but had requested feedback and costs to be given to me via the texting the dealership started with me on Friday, when I made the appointment. Nobody ever gave me pricing until I was without my vehicle. It was all such a struggle to get a response, so, since I have a warranty I bought through the dealership, I had to communicate with my sales rep who had to go to the service department to get info and feedback. The service department has a great guy, James, but I didn’t catch his name last time I was there, so it was like pulling teeth to get anything accomplished. My sales guy, Q, is also fantastic! Ultimately, I left after getting a ride to my vehicle and had nothing done, since it was so frustrating. Zero stars for Suad, the service guy. More
