Everyone was very pleasant however one repair concern which I addressed with two service consultants was not corrected. When I got home and checked out my repair issues it was clearly not addressed. There was nothing on my paperwork mentioning the concern. It was obviously completely overlooked. Very frustrating. Another day will need to be wasted at the dealership for one minor concern. More

I recently visited for battery service and vehicle inspection. Even though i arrived early, they immediately took my Beetle in for the service. Not only were they quick, they were thorough. Even bette inspection. Even though i arrived early, they immediately took my Beetle in for the service. Not only were they quick, they were thorough. Even better, i got a lifetime battery, installation, and inspection for a better price than a similar battery at an auto parts store. AND, it was washed and cleaned prior to handing back my keys. I am very happy with my service and will continue to use Auto Nation VW. More
