Matt M in service saved the day!!! I had a dead battery. We called all of the auto shops but most said they didn’t have the synchronizing immobilizer needed for a VW when disconnecting a matter. The shop that did say they could do the work wanted $700 for a new battery and brake fluid flush. I called Autonation VW Mall of GA. Matt answered. Asked if he could fit me in today for those two services. Not only did he fit me in but he got me in and out in record time and for half the cost of the other mechanic!! Couldn’t believe the dealer would be cheaper than a mechanic! I got OEM parts and a great deal! I’m happy!! Thanks, Matt!! More
