My car had a air bag recall, it took about a year to fix it but it wasn't the dealers fault, parts were not available. I was finally able to get an appointment, I took it in and they took care of it. The tech that serviced it knew as soon as he saw my car what it needed, and he seemed very knowledgeable. They were very friendly and gave me great service even though I don't have a brand new car and I wasn't there to spend money on repairs. More
