Bought a previously owned 2018 Tesla Model 3, September 3, 2022. When we got back to Sacramento, we discovered there was no charging cable/connector. They have refused to provide one, though it was origina 3, 2022. When we got back to Sacramento, we discovered there was no charging cable/connector. They have refused to provide one, though it was original equipment and it was not disclosed that it was missing. Though it us essential to the operation of the vehicle they have refused to provide it. Furthermore, they should not be selling Teslas, because they no nothing about them. They are nice before the sale. Then, rude and disrespectful after. Beware! More

The car was driven out (washed) and I simply had to leave their driveway. All interactions were handled promptly and courteously, essentially no delays!. More
