Unfortunately we disagree with your review, there are multiple errors within it. The service contract you purchased was not over $5,000 and actually much less at only $2,700. We also are not refusing to service your vehicle under the service contract, you wanted it resolved from the dealership after giving us a bad review without us reaching out to correct the problem.

It doesn’t matter about the review I gave you, that’s my opinion, and that shouldn’t affect my warranty. You said to me Good Luck getting my car fixed. So to me that’s not honoring my warranty. I told you once the car is repaired, I would change the review, but till then, it stays.
