Jack helped my girlfriend pick the best possible car for her budget. She wasn’t prepared to make a down payment that same day, but Jack helped hold the car for her for a few days and came in on his day off her budget. We have driven her 2018 Ford Fiesta for 2,000 miles now and haven’t had a problem, everything is great! The test drive and initial experience was good. However, the salesman persistently asked me to fill out this review on my phone before finalizing the transaction. However, in the flood of documents he asked me to sign, one said that there is no warranty. Within two days, the check engine light came on. Two expensive repairs were required.
