Low Prices, but little detailing. We drove an hour to come to this dealership because of the low prices. Do not even THINK about purchasing from them. GOT SCREWED. I’m absolutely horrified at the way you guys run your business. Not once was I shown what was under the hood (I’m a first-time buyer from a dealership I’m absolutely horrified at the way you guys run your business. Not once was I shown what was under the hood (I’m a first-time buyer from a dealership), I left the dealership in the car and not even 5 minutes later a seal from the windshield flew off the car and nearly smacked another car behind me, never once told me that I would be mailed the title so I went to the DMV for nothing, was sold the car with an EXTREMELY corroded battery AND a cracked windshield, AND I was blamed (to my mom) for things that were your own negligence. They told me the vehicle has never been in an accident, yet the mechanic we took the car to has shown us several obvious signs of an accident. So they lied straight to our faces. The mechanic also noted the tires having dry rot, which was not reported to us by this dealership. You guys just want to make a sale and don’t even think about how the customers are driving home in the vehicles you’re selling. I have spent a total of two days and about ten hours in this dealership, and about 5 hours worth of driving total to get to and from your dealership. I have a three year old who needs to be in a safe car and THIS is not a safe car. I definitely won’t be back (except to return this car) and I won’t recommend this place to anyone. We will be calling the BBB and reporting these scammers. More
