So my tolerance for bs was shot and I just needed no games and to be treated fairly. High quality customer service is hard to come by and made this decision a done deal when I found my car. The mirror was a little loose during the test drive and when it came time to pick up, they had fixed it. However that wasn’t all, they noticed a light out that I didn’t and fixed it before I got there. The car was detailed beautifully sitting out front when I arrived. I was beyond pleased to work with Robert. He wasn’t pushy and really seemed to have a servant over sales mindset. He kept me upto date with the status of my car by email till the day I picked up. He even offered to come in on my day off, which was also his because it was more convenient for me. As someone who comes from a sales background, I can say this is is hard to come by in todays world. So In my book he gets a 5 out of 5. The only reason I’m giving a 4 out of 5 is for the paperwork and payment part of the transaction. I wasn’t aware of an amount limit (applied by the dealership)I could put on my card. Which could of had me in a bind had I not brought a check with me. Since they knew what day and roughly what time my arrival would be I would have liked to not have waited so long for the paperwork to be prepared. It just seemed like a longer process than it needed to be. Don’t get me wrong that’s one area that neither party wants messed up so I can appreciate the attention to detail in it More

Process was easy, fast and hassle and stress free! Wasn’t hounded into what I didn’t want by a salesperson. They treat their customers awesome and with respect and get them what the customer wants not just what they want! Sales managers and financing were great too! Wouldn’t go anywhere else for any of my next vehicles! Robert and his team got the job done and were amazing through the entire process. I got a newer car with low miles and no issues at a great price! Couldn’t be happier! More

Bill Hav is awesome!! Where to start... I was trying to get 1 more year out of my old car before having to buy a new one until this weekend my car started to really act up. Where to start... I seen Bill’s Facebook post and started to look at Autoproved’s inventory. There were so many good vehicles for a reasonable price to choose from. I decided to fill out an application online and as soon as I hit submit I was so scared and nervous. When arriving at Autoproved we were greeted by Bill and Ali and immediately felt more at ease. I test drove the car I wanted, fell in love with it, and came back and closed the deal. Bill made it so easy and was so patient with me. I showed up at 7pm when they were due to close and he didn’t rush me at all. I would definitely recommend Autoproved to anyone.
