The price was more than I wanted to spend. I was already pre-approved for more than the cost of a van. I give used car dealerships 1 shot then I walk away. I don't play games. We found this one. I already knew the value, the options and financing amounts. I met Neal. He introduced himself. He was right up front. If he would have tried to BS me, I was ready to walk out. He got a lower price. He gave me an amazing price for a full power train warranty. Better than other dealerships. I put money down to hold it for my wife to see it. She liked it. We absolutely needed 2 fobs. Non negotiable. We got the second one free of charge. We closed the deal. We now own it. We have used it for all of our running today. We are very happy.
