Unfortunately, my experience with upper management after the sale was extremely disappointing. I came from out of town and made it clear that I would be driving the vehicle back home. At no point was I properly informed about how charging the vehicle worked or that I could have issues charging it until the vehicle was registered to me and proof of purchase was available. Because I was not given this important information or proper instructions before leaving the dealership, I ended up stranded on the side of the road for approximately a day and a half. I also felt pressured into purchasing an extended warranty, which I ultimately agreed to, However, when I contacted the dealership after the vehicle died and explained that I was stranded, no assistance was provided. My calls and concerns were essentially ignored, and I was left to handle the entire situation on my own\. For a customer purchasing a vehicle from out of town, I expected much better communication, preparation, and support—especially after purchasing an extended warranty. Layla did a great job during the sale, but the way management handled everything afterward turned what should have been an exciting purchase into an extremely frustrating experience. More
