Easily the best car buying experience I’ve had in my 15 years as a car owner. Was looking online for a bigger vehicle for our family of 7. Got a call from Dallen after poking around on the site. He invited me in to talk shop and test drive a Pacifica. I liked it, but had to get the wife’s opinion before we made a decision. After she drove it down the block, we were sold! Dallen passed us to Jarel to get us going on paperwork. He was SUPER fast! While that was happening, Ross the manager did some kind of magic and cut our monthly payment dang near in half AND found us a 5yr, 100k mile warranty for almost nothing extra. It was ridiculous, but I’m not about to say anything to mess it up. Tanner in finance bundled it up all nice and neat for us. We were in and out in 2 and a half hours. WAY faster than some of my other experiences. The guys are super friendly and made us feel like they had our best interest at heart. We’ll be back for at least five 16th birthdays haha More

Moment of truth as of 10/13/25 Head gasket failure for Jeep Cherokee purchased 2/14/25 has my Car dead for past month. This place really deserves zero stars. I bought a vehicle from the Woods Cross facility a few months ago and the first problem is it immediately had to be sent to the shop for repairs. T I bought a vehicle from the Woods Cross facility a few months ago and the first problem is it immediately had to be sent to the shop for repairs. The second problem is they have zero customer service. I don't exaggerate this after dozens of attempts I have never had anyone answer their customer service line. Go ahead and call them and see for yourself (801) 683-0821. Each time my vehicle goes into their shop it's 2-3 weeks before I get it back. The promised loaner car does not exist. Warranty allows for taking the vehicle to an outside shop but autosavvy won't approve the repairs as not qualified yet they initially approved and began the repairs themselves. This place is just a scam and avoid them, go somewhere else. More
