We are like all dealerships, we do have dealer handling fees. All our fees are disclosed at time of purchase and before the car deal is complete. We clearly post on all our vehicles that it is a branded title. It's listed physically on the vehicle on the lot and on every web site our vehicles are listed. We are proud of the fact we can save our customers thousands of dollars on there branded title high quality vehicles. We have integrity, we do disclose that our product has a branded title and we have saved hundreds of customers thousands of dollars on the best value in the market.

Greg, I sent you a message last week so I could try to reconcile some of your concern, but I haven't received anything back from you regarding things that our store promised you and did not deliver. Please get a hold of me and I will look into this. Thanks! Rich Jackson rich@autosourcemotors.net

Rich, How did you try to contact me? I had no missed calls or voice mails and I never received an email for anyone at your business. The issues I had with your dealership are listed in the review. No one contacted me after saying they would send an Owners Manual and I never received the item. I was promised that they would see if they would get me the decals on the back of the car (the Outback, Subaru, Low Emissions decals) and the vehicle came with one key and the person I was told could get me a key at a discount price, but he never returned my call or text.

Greg, First, I sent a response with Dealer rater. I still don't know who you are so I can look into getting these issues taken care of for you or even look into why your sales person didn't provide you with the promised items. All I have is a Greg D ? Send me your information so I can look into the issues and attempt to correct them. Thank You! Rich Jackson rich@autosourcemotors.net 801-821-0128

I sent you an email. By the way, the first reply to my review was the one that said you contacted me a week ago. You might want to get with Dealer Rater to see why your first messages aren't going through because I never received anything from anyone. Please release my review.

After looking into this complaint I found that there was a mistake with the reported miles. The dealer who had serviced the car in the past did not verify the miles at time of service. It appears that he guessed and guessed wrong. The Car Fax shows the miles were listed as 111,000. When was the last time you have ever had such a rounded off odometer when your oil was changed? or your car was serviced? The incorrect miles were reported to Car Fax and the problem was created. After looking at the mileage history its very clear to see that this was a mistake on the servicing dealers part. We have offered a copy of the odometer statement that the customer who traded the car into us filled out, and guaranteeing as actual miles, but this customer would not take this as proof and understand that the service department at another dealership just simply made a mistake when entering the odometer on his repair order. We have offered to provide any information to this customer he might need to better understand, but he wouldn't accept the help. Again this car was traded into us and we have a signed odometer statement from the customer who traded it in. When this customer was offered proof he just rejected it and tried to take advantage of the situation by demanding we pay his car off at his bank and then also give him $9,000 .00 on top of everything. Unreasonable expectations on this guys part.... When asking for help you have to be willing to accept the facts....

Hello Gregg, Again, as you said, you did decline the extended warranty. Also, our General Manager did offer to help you with the engine repair, (like we stated in the reply to your last review on here) but it has now been over a month and you have not sent any diagnostics for us to help you. Thanks, AutoSource Motors

Aug 04, 2015 -

Alex responded

Thank you for your response. When we contacted you, you offered to help with diagnostics, not financially. We didn't need help determining the problem with the car. We did decline the warranty, again, based on the information given us. Not only was the damage to the car minimized, the salesman confirmed our thinking in that it was a Subaru (trusted brand) and we trusted your repair work. The Subaru dealership we took it to said silicon was used on repairs throughout the engine, and it took them an entire day to clean it off before starting their repair. Cynthia Alex

Alex, As I mentioned to you a few months ago, AutoSource Motors does not repair the vehicles we sell. We purchase them repaired from re-builders around the country, as you also already know, due to the point you made about the parts that had been replaced and the information you requested from our sales person on those parts from the re-builder. We get the list of parts replaced from the re- builder and that is the information our sales person gave to you. Whenever you purchase a vehicle, clean or rebuilt, its always a good idea to have the vehicle inspected by a certified mechanic, that option was made available to you at the time of your purchase. There is always some small risk in purchasing a branded title vehicle. When you save thousands of dollars and purchase the vehicle way below market value, you have to also accept and understand that it may have some hidden problems, that's why we offer an extended service agreement to all our customers. Fortunately 98% of our customers don't encounter any major problems, but there is always that chance of hidden damage, or just natural mechanical failure. At the time you presented me with your problem I mentioned to you that I would be willing to look at ways I could assist you in getting the repair done, but you chose to ignore the offer and just have the repair done yourself. Unfortunately things happen, and all we can do is deal with the problem when it occurs, and that's why I gave you some options and ways we could help, but you chose to deny our efforts. Rich Jackson

Thanks so much for coming in and purchasing your Impreza from us! I'm a little confused at this review. You were very happy when you left our store and even let us take your picture with you and your new car. When you were speaking to Mike, our sales person you never mentioned that your car was inoperable but in fact you mentioned it was drivable and you would drive it down to us for a final inspection. I'm sure you can understand that a drivable vehicle is worth much more than an inoperable vehicle. We were not told the car was not drivable when you initially told us about the car and we gave you a value based off your discription. Even though your car didn’t drive on its own, we still gave you $500 for trade in. I called you yesterday in hopes of speaking with you, but I had to leave you a message and haven't received a return phone call yet. So I decided I would respond this way in-hopes of helping you understand why the value of your trade dropped. Please feel free to contact me and we can talk more.
