Called you yesterday when the tracking number you gave us on Saturday proved to be yet another of what is now a month of repeated false promises as our expense for rental car continues to rise. You have not given us the courtesy of returning that call. Now realizing that the only way to get an honest response from you must be to have you under oath in court and so we will now communicate with you through our attorney.

That's funny... Your "owner/ manager" never offered that while I was there. I walked the lot and didn't see it. Even if it was still for sale, I wouldn't buy a pack of gum from y'all. I know y'all can't even issue temporary tags so how was I supposed to drive it home? The only way this is settled amicably is me paid in full.

According to the deputy that I filed a police report with you have had the ability to issue temporary tags revoked. I've held up to my end. It's time for you to hold up your end and just pay me my money. Its been over 60 days since I signed a contract for a refund and 5 months since I paid for the truck I never received. Now it's time for you to hold up to your end and pay me.
