Took 2 hrs plus for a simple oil change ,no tire rotation nothing just a oil change. Way toooo long , then did not apply discounts, military also gmc rewards n???? Always go to the dealership for oil changes etc. Was greeted and wanted to use my Rewards points, but didn’t have my #. The young lady and young man helped me secure my #.
