Most non caring non profeessional service dept I have EVER . These guys are a bunch of smooth talking smiley faced crooks . Tried to tell me I had to buy extra parts for the job because my parts were seized . These guys are a bunch of smooth talking smiley faced crooks . Went to another service center and asked them if they had any problems getting the parts off They said no, that it was just routine stuff . The first week I went to the Auto Star service, they told me they would have to charge me to take the tailpipes off to get my part changed . Those smiles and words are the equivalent of a robber pulling a gun on you and asking you to hand over your wallet . These guys have no integrity and are overly dishonest, even for a dealership . How many thousands of dollars have these guys stolen over the years for unnecessary service to your vehicles ? Think twice before going here. They will beat you if they can . More
