Quick and respectful repair I went to the mechanics department to get my first oil change since buying my Chevy Equinox, and upon getting my car back afterwards, I noticed that t I went to the mechanics department to get my first oil change since buying my Chevy Equinox, and upon getting my car back afterwards, I noticed that the mechanic accidentally scratched my steering wheel. I didn’t want to be a big pain, but I was a little bummed with just buying the car and I at least wanted to bring it to their attention so I spoke with Sean about the situation. He was very apologetic and understanding, and assured me that he would definitely speak with someone about it. The next day Sean called me back, and said that the new steering wheel was ordered and on its way (I was shocked! I definitely wasn’t expecting a new steering wheel, I just wanted to make sure they were aware and cautious for the next time.) So the steering wheel came in, and I don’t have a very flexible schedule with working two jobs, and taking care of my babies but they were able to get me in fast and everything was perfect! I am very thankful for management for the way they took care of the situation, also for the mechanics in repairing everything, and especially for Sean for his impeccable customer service. It’s nice that I didn’t have to be a complete jerk for people to go above and beyond what I was expecting. Thank you all! More

One of the most friendliest and helpful service advisor I have encountered in any Chevrolet service departments over many years of being a Chevrolet owner. I wished I could remember the service technician name because he took the time to come out and explain what he had found on my 2017 Silverado and he listen to my concerns and answered all of my questions. My first initial contact with the dealership was with their internet representative Ms. Kathryn McMahon. I was very interested in purchasing a used 2013 Chevy Avalanche Black Diamond Edition vehicle. I live 235 miles from the dealership, in Durham, NC. I found Ms. McMahon to be the most wonderful, kind and professional lady. She was so kind in helping and assisting me from the start to the finish. After I arrived at the dealership, I was met by Mr. Rand Johnson. He went over the vehicle and explained the many assets and operational features of the vehicle. He allowed me to test drive the vehicle while explaining and pointing out its many features. I was then met by Mr. Rick Chandler, the store manager, who was very nice and welcomed us to the dealership. I then was introduced to their F &I person, Mr. Dan Schlitt, who was very helpful and professional in the final closing and purchasing of the Avalanche. Again, I found all the people at Waynesville Automotive to be of the utmost courteous and professionals. Unfortunately, I do not feel the same with the dealerships here in Durham, NC. I will gladly recommend Waynesville Automotive to anyone looking for a new GM, Jeep, Dodge Ram or Fiat vehicle. They'll never regret it. They appear to bendover backwards to please their customers.
