Professional and welcoming staff made my first visit enjoyable. The soap opera on the TV on the lounge could be changed with HGTV or nature shows. The music in the showroom could also be a bit less coun enjoyable. The soap opera on the TV on the lounge could be changed with HGTV or nature shows. Went in to have tire checked for leak. They could not find anything. I suggested they remove tire and submerge it for possible small leak. Was told that they saturated tire with spray a They could not find anything. I suggested they remove tire and submerge it for possible small leak. Was told that they saturated tire with spray and could not find anything They refused to take off vehicle. They also suggested getting four new tires to maintain ride continuity and sensor function because all tires are not new. I took vehicle to Waynesville Tire and they took tire off truck and was able to saturate and submerge tire and found leak coming from plug I had put in on Christmas Day after getting flat in South Carolina. Was told by Auto Star that no leak from plug. Waynesville Tire found it and saved me a thousand dollars for new tires. All is well and I am happy. More
