A truly fantastic team! I took my 2016 Chrysler 200 in for service about a week ago. Upon arriving I was greeted by Will at the door. After explaining that I had made an appo I took my 2016 Chrysler 200 in for service about a week ago. Upon arriving I was greeted by Will at the door. After explaining that I had made an appointment with Josh to have my car checked for an airbag warning light he directed me to Deatra. He walked me back to her desk personally and introduced me to her. As he left he asked for my keys. I gave him the key to my car and the next thing I knew I heard the large bay door open and my car start up. Will drove my car right in and another young man by the name of Sean lined it up using a machine that I assume was laser guided. While I was chatting with Deatra my alignment, headlights, tail lights and tread depth were checked. I felt certain that my car was in good hands. I was right! When I picked up my car a few days later Deatra was off. I had the pleasure of dealing with Vern. He explained what they had found and what the solution was in terms I could understand. While my car was being located and the nitro in my tires was being topped off i spoke to another advisor named Tim. It was a pleasant conversation about absolutely nothing! It was just great to have human interaction at a dealership! Before I left I had the honor of speaking with the service Manager Dewayne. He spoke to me like we were old friends and it sealed the deal for me. I live in Weaverville so the dealership is about 45 minutes from my house. However, this is the ONLY place I will be taking my car from now on! My wife drives a Chevy and wouldn't you know it, right up the parking lot is a Chevrolet dealership. I drove up there to meet the service advisors. I thought "well my car will be serviced at Chrysler so maybe i can bring my wife's car to the Chevy dealer as well". I spoke with Greg who was super helpful and I knew that both of our vehicles would be in great hands! Thanks everyone! You have earned a life long customer. More
