I was actually just window shopping at a this lot after looking at used cars for weeks, and that’s when I saw this adorable FIAT in the parking lot. I was sure that I would never be able to afford a new car, but I decided to ask about it anyways. I’m glad I did. Rand, Dale, and the whole crew at Waynesville Auto answered my every question AND helped walk me through the process of getting my dream car (and very first new car)!They set me up with EXACTLY the car that had caught my eye in the first place, after making sure it met my needs for reliability and gas efficiency for my constant commuting. They managed to get payments that fit my budget as a full-time college student, and I won’t be in debt for the rest of my life (besides those pesky student loans). Good overall purchase experience We recently purchased a vehicle from Waynesville Automotive and the whole process from test drive to delivery was fairly smooth except for the two rou We recently purchased a vehicle from Waynesville Automotive and the whole process from test drive to delivery was fairly smooth except for the two round trip drives on I-40 from Asheville in the heavy rain and wind from hurricane Irma, but still the drive to Waynesville was better than having to drive to Charlotte or Atlanta to find a reasonably priced vehicle. Generally from my experience with buying cars you have to get away from Asheville to find a better deal and my wife and I were glad that Waynsville Automotive had the vehicle we were looking for at a fair price. Eddie Bussard was our sales person and he did a good job guiding us along the purchase process and answering questions and actually the Honda van we purchased was traded to Waynsville Automotive by his daughter so we had more than just general info about the vehicle which made the decision to purchase easier for us. Others that were helpful were Dale whom I first talked with, he was friendly and he assured me that they would work with us on the price to get within our vehicle budget. Dan who handled all the paperwork was friendly and knowledgeable...a little on the speedy side but slowed down some when I told him I was a slow old man. Brooke Banks internet consultant was most likely the reason we decided to pursue the purchase of this vehicle. She responded to my inquiries via phone text about the Van even though not at work or having compter access info about the vehicle, and on a Sunday night.
