The only positive thing I have to say about this horrible dealership and the lazy lying people in it, is that the woman who sold us our vehicle was nice and relatable. EVERY SINGLE STEP after the sale was AW dealership and the lazy lying people in it, is that the woman who sold us our vehicle was nice and relatable. EVERY SINGLE STEP after the sale was AWFUL. The truck broke down less than 2 weeks after we purchased it and had to be towed, and we had to be given a rental which was a total xxx. They expected us to pay for the service of the NEW VEHICLE we just financed, then wouldn’t listen to us when we tried to explain what the issue was. They said it would be almost 2 weeks until we got the car back, which at that point would be longer than we even had it. We had not even made a payment on it yet. They kept calling saying different things needed to be worked on that made zero sense, as if they had no clue what the issue was. THEN while it was waiting to be repaired, somebody scratched it in the parking lot. Not a little scratch, a foot long 3 inch wide scratch that we demanded to be fixed for free. They tried to blame it on us which isn’t even possible. They said they would buff it and have the color/paint people fix it and that they would call us to pick it up around noon. They never called so 5 hours past when it was supposed to be ready, my husband goes to pick it up to find out they had LIED and never even attempted to fix their mistake. So after the 6th time driving to Waynesville, we picked up our scratched up truck and are now seeking alternative methods to get our vehicle fixed on their dime. This dealership and the managers, the service department, everybody is a lying lazy piece of crap who made my husbands first time buying his own vehicle (which should’ve been fun and exciting) and absolute disaster. We will NEVER recommend this terrible example of a dealership to anybody and will actually make sure that nobody we care about does business with them. Thanks for wasting our time and money!! More

Just had my 2010 Wrangler in for multiple complicated items under my "Lifetime" warranty. From Brian, my service advisor, to Kelvin in the parts department, and especially Donnie, always my service tech items under my "Lifetime" warranty. From Brian, my service advisor, to Kelvin in the parts department, and especially Donnie, always my service technician of choice, everything was accomplished quickly and efficiently, and most importantly, done right the first time! Even with the current union strikes causing delays in part deliveries, my Wrangler was back on the road much sooner than expected.
