When calling to make an appointment to have my car repaired, was told they didn’t make appointments-just be here at 8 when we open and they would take me wherever I fell in line-was also told I would repaired, was told they didn’t make appointments-just be here at 8 when we open and they would take me wherever I fell in line-was also told I would have to wait outside because the waiting room was still being renovated. I didn’t mind this because I was going to have a rental pick me up. So after speaking to whomever has answered their phone that day; I made the arrangements. This was on a Friday and they are closed weekends so on Monday I was there, second in line…. The doors opened at 8 sharp and I was instructed to pull my car in to be greeted by a gentleman by the name Jason. He asked if I had an appointment and I proceeded to tell him about the call i had made Friday and what I was told. Jason was so courteous in how he handled my situation and kept me informed throughout the time my vehicle was being repaired. Thank you so much Jason for being so professional and courteous. More
