Had to come back twice because my tires weren’t there the first time. It’s hard to have to take off work for one appointment, much less two. No accommodation was made. Austin and and the entire staff at the Waynesville Autostar Chrysler Dodge dealership were amazing every step of the way. It was our second time purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, and it is th Autostar Chrysler Dodge dealership were amazing every step of the way. It was our second time purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, and it is the only dealership in WNC we will purchase a vehicle from. We had our two kids with us, ages 3 and 1, and they were kind, patient and understood the needs of a family. This dealership has a lovely little playroom and beautiful lounge perfect to keep kids entertained. The bathrooms were also very well maintained. After finishing the paperwork the vehicle was promptly ready for us to take home after being detailed and the gas tank filled. 5 stars all of the way across the board. More
