When calling to make an appointment to have my car repaired, was told they didn’t make appointments-just be here at 8 when we open and they would take me wherever I fell in line-was also told I would repaired, was told they didn’t make appointments-just be here at 8 when we open and they would take me wherever I fell in line-was also told I would have to wait outside because the waiting room was still being renovated. I didn’t mind this because I was going to have a rental pick me up. So after speaking to whomever has answered their phone that day; I made the arrangements. This was on a Friday and they are closed weekends so on Monday I was there, second in line…. The doors opened at 8 sharp and I was instructed to pull my car in to be greeted by a gentleman by the name Jason. He asked if I had an appointment and I proceeded to tell him about the call i had made Friday and what I was told.
