Although I first eyed the Sprinter by Mercedes the Dodge came out with better reviews overall and price fit my budget. Working with a dealership that could provide information and a smooth transaction from the other side of the country was paramount during this whole Covid ( and other side of the country) thing. The negotiation on price based on my assessment and comparisons went easy. The paper work submittal and the agreed terms all were part of a smooth transaction from the dealership. I did not see this van in person for any part of the purchase but Tyler seemed up front and personable and trusted his word on this. I flew out and picked up the van a week after purchase and it was as expected and justvwhat I was looking for! I drove my new Promaster across the country feeling fully satisfied with the purchase.
