Outstanding Service! The great service started before I even stepped on the lot. I spoke with Leanne at the dealership and explained I was coming to North Carolina to The great service started before I even stepped on the lot. I spoke with Leanne at the dealership and explained I was coming to North Carolina to visit my aunt, battling cancer and I only had a couple of days there. The car buying process can take some time; and without hesitation Leanne really got the ball rolling while I was still in Mass. She asked what my wants and needs were and shortly thereafter, started to send me photos, crazy thing, it only took three pictures and she had my car! A 2016 Volkswagon Jetta!! Fast forward, two weeks later I got to North Carolina and met with the General Manager Kevin Sarro, He was made aware of the time issue and he proceeded to get all the pertinent information from me and told me to go do what I came to NC for and he would take care of everything and call me when everyone involved had things all drawn up. I got a call from Leanne a few hours later to come back when I was ready to sign papers and put me in my new ride. We emptied out what was in my car I was trading, signed all the paperwork and I was on my way. It is so hard to condense this because I have so much more that I would like to say, but the computer will probably time out on me anyway.... So, I just want to say, if you're in North Carolina and you want to be treated with respect and have people who genuinely want you happy and not dread the car buying experience, Go see the wonderful people at Hendersonville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I ended up getting a brand new car because of the wonderful rebates they have that made it affordable.
