It was the worst experience buying the car ever. My friend recommended this place as a reputable place to buy car.I was about to buy a car of my dream and they ruined my day.When they offer me this v My friend recommended this place as a reputable place to buy car.I was about to buy a car of my dream and they ruined my day.When they offer me this vehicle they said its in immaculate condition and pass vigorous safety inspection..I agree to buy it.Its happened that passenger side mirror is broken,its a safety issue,and inside armrest trim is loose and broken.During our conversation they said its not a problem we will fix both of them.Next day I spend almost 8 hours to talk to my finance company to strike a deal.Also they offer me 5vyears extended warranty.Finally I have a deal with my bank.Next day when I come I said please don't run my credit as I already have a deal with my bank and I provide there finance person with all the information.Of course she did run my credit despite I said don't do it and in California its illegal to do it against customer will.Finally she talk to my bank and prepared the paperwork.In that paperwork it says that my warranty is 4vyears not 5 years and they not fix existing problems.They expect that because I spend that much time on that deal I buy car the way it is. I wanna admit that this is a crooked practice to sell cars. They a liars and crooked. This car pass safety inspection and mirros not working?They not do safety inspecrion at all.If they did then they will know about those issues.A am very dissapointed.Staybaway from this dealership if you want to buy a safe and reliable car.There Used car sales manager said,,Buy it or get out of my dealership,,Other people witnessed this and decide not to buy from them.I want to make sure that all future customers think twice before make a dealnwith this per say dealership.My salesperson was Coco and during our interaction via text messages she rudely scolding me like she is my teacher and I am here student. Also there finance person treat me like i am stupid homeless come to a reputable place. Guys you don't own Mercedes brand. You just employees and your job is not scolding people but treat them with respect.Never be Karen's and never judge books by its cover.Be more customer focused not selfish.Thats just my humbled opinion. P.S.Thank you Autobahn for wasting my time. More
